Hello, thanks to over 15 years of 'practical' records, I'm a big player:)

To write down everything I've wanted since I was a child,

I opened 1 volume each for my diary, one for studying, and one for organizing my thoughts, and started writing down various things.

As time passed, recording methods evolved a lot in a way that was more and more effective,

The notebook I bought at the local stationery store expanded by analyzing planners and diaries from around the world and developing my own planner system.


A record is a friend who always listens to my heart, even when I am happy in my life and during difficult times,

It was an advisor who wisely found solutions, and acted like a PT tutor that destroyed bad habits and patterns in my daily life.

As mentioned in the lecture, I thought most people, including myself, were experiencing two problems.
