Those who want to draw simple and good-looking illustrations, those who are interested in digital illustrations, and those who have experienced illustration who want to change the mood of a picture. [Illustration Course 1st Half] The basics of digital illustration and how to draw “lines”

The illustration course starts by learning the basics of drawing digital illustrations and learning how to draw and control “lines,” which are important in drawing illustrations.

By drawing simple illustrations that are conscious of curves together with the creator, you can naturally learn the basics of illustration.

[Illustration Course Mid] How to draw a person's face and body and how to draw poses with movement

Next, in order to be able to draw vivid human illustrations, we will learn how to draw faces and bodies from the basics. We will actually move our hands while receiving lectures from creators, such as how to draw contours, how to draw faces, and how to draw hair.

Even if it's a difficult way to draw a body for beginners, once you get the hang of it, you should be able to freely draw various poses. Furthermore, I'll narrow down the points and tell you how to draw “clothes” that make a difference so that you can get the hang of it.

If you get this far, I'm sure drawing character illustrations will be a lot of fun!

[Illustration Course 2nd Half] Learn composition and color selection, and draw a single picture

As a finishing touch to the illustration course, I will draw one-picture illustrations while making use of what I have learned up to this point.

After clearly communicating the composition, the basics of color selection, and how to come up with ideas, etc. that are important for drawing an attractive one-piece picture, and then experience the series of rough drawing → line drawing → painting → finishing with the creator, you should be able to firmly learn the flow for drawing your ideal one-piece picture.

Learn how to create an atmosphere and even finishing/processing tips to finish a good-looking picture, and aim for an illustration with a high degree of perfection.

[Interview]

Q. What kind of activities do you usually do? Please introduce yourself briefly.

A.Currently, I am working as a freelance illustrator and manga artist. I draw and design comics and carry out creative activities under the motto of activities that are not bound by a framework.

Q. Why did you start online classes in CLASS101?

A.I've been vaguely painting until now. Among them, although I am self-taught, I thought I would be happy if it would be useful for someone's creative activities by showing the know-how I have cultivated so far and the skills I have acquired in CLASS 101. I think it would be nice if it would be a class where people can share the fun of drawing pictures and the freedom to express themselves together.

Q. What points did you put the most effort into planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?

A.The simpler it is, the deeper it is! I want to know tips for choosing colors and making screens that look great even if they are simple! I would like to recommend this content to those who say that.

Q. Please say a few words to the students!

A.You can improve quickly just by understanding the basic points and practicing while being aware of them. I hope I can teach you such a little trick here, so let's enjoy learning about drawing pictures together!
