An online course to consistently learn everything from how to draw digital illustrations to marketing and monetization. [How to start digital art with zero experience and earn revenue through artist activities]?

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

Nice to meet you, I'm TAKUROMAN, a digital pop artist.

While working, I started drawing digital illustrations using iPhones etc. at age 35. And now that a few years have passed since we started from scratch, we have earned jobs as digital artists, such as being interviewed by the media, holding exhibitions, and purchasing works from various places through NFT sales, and we are gradually earning income.

This online course is for those who haven't taken the “first step” like me a few years ago, those who want to earn income from their favorite creator activities while working, or those who don't have advertising or PR know-how and are in trouble because creator activities don't expand easily, [Know-how to start art activities from a state of “zero” technology or experience, continue even when there is little time to be free, and make fans and connect them to sales]I will spare no effort to tell you about it.

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

I myself hope that I can help the participants even a little, based on the realizations I have learned through my experiences since I started the activity at age 35.

Let's start a casual and fun “continuing creator activity” with me!

[This online course is suitable for people like this]

  • Those who want to know the possibility of selling their work and earning income
  • Those who want to know how to self-produce
  • Those who want to present their work on SNS etc.
  • Those who want to sell works with NFTs
  • Those who want to know how to market their work to be known to the world
  • Those who want to become adults and draw, but can't take much time
  • Those who want to do creative activities while working
  • People who often can't keep going even if they try to do it
  • Those who want to draw pictures as their life's work

This online course follows TAKUROMAN's lecture, “First, I'll start by starting digital illustration and art activities

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

Everyone enjoyed drawing pictures casually when they were kids, but when they became adults, for some reason, they didn't draw much.

I'm busy every day and don't have time, and even if I can draw a little, I'm hesitant, saying “I'm not good at it, so I don't feel like presenting...”

Somewhere in your heart, even if you think “I want to live by doing what I love,” “I want my life's work other than work,” or “I want to express myself,” it's quite difficult to take the “first step” after becoming an adult.

It's fine.

In this online course, thatWe support your art activities by taking the “first step” together.

A few days after you start taking online courses... if it's a few tens of minutes at the earliest, you should have started your art activities.

As I continued to stand still until the age of 35, I know very well that it is difficult to take a step “from zero to one” alone, but it is more important than anything else. I want to do my best to support you every step of the way because I know it all too well.

It's okay if you don't have any skills at first. Next, find the digital pop art style that's right for you

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

In this online course, after starting art activities at the beginning, you will learn basic techniques of digital pop art as an “introduction to digital pop art.”

The focus here is not on “honing your skills,” but on “finding your own style.”Move your hands freely and casually, and break down assumptions and shells you didn't knowI'm going.

Use your iPhone, iPad, etc. to search for your own personality in any way you like.

Above all else, “being able to continue” is important. I'll tell you how to open an SNS account to gain motivation, communication know-how, and even the mindset for continuing

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

If you've taken a big step from “zero to the point,” learned the basics of digital art, and found your style, you're already a digital pop artist.

A very important next step...What does “continue” meanThat's it.

I myself know how difficult it is to maintain motivation, soTips and know-how for “continuing” art activities even in the midst of busy everyday lifeI'd like to tell you everything here.

Also, in order to “continue,” an artist account is essential. It's a work I've worked hard to create, so I definitely want the world to know about it. When you get feedback, it motivates you.

Detailed lectures on how to create an SNS account as an artist, how to prepare a profile, and even specific action plansWe will, so let's create your account together.

Continue to learn practical marketing and fan marketing methods to support your creative activities

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

Up to this point, the foundation for creators' activities is almost ready.

From here on, what should we do to create “fans” that can be said to be the creator's treasure... in other words,Know-how to significantly “expand” your activitiesLet's learn it.

Self-producing, disseminating, and getting many people to know about it is extremely valuable in living as an artist. The likes and dislikes of the work are largely due to the viewer's preferences,“Know/Don't Know” is an absolute indicatorThat's it.

In this online course, I would like to be able to work with you to the point where you can find fans, raise the enthusiasm of fans, and find your “driving force” while telling you the marketing methods I actually do.

I will tell you the know-how to sell works and earn profits, and even put them into practice. Accelerate your creative activities

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座With the steps up to this point, if you have continued to work as a digital pop artist, starting with creator activities, and have acquired the know-how to gain fans through those activities, this is still the last know-how you should acquire,How to [sell works and earn revenue]That's it.

It's not easy for people to feel the value of your work and get paid for it, but it's an important step in continuing your activities as an artist or creator.

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座Creating websites to disseminate artist activities, exhibiting at exhibitions, and exhibiting at “NFTs,” which have recently been a hot topicI will tell you what you need to put into practice for monetization, etc., so please acquire know-how while actually moving your hands.

CLASS101のデジタルアート入門講座

Digital pop artist/NFT artist

Art Happens. Based on the concept, I finished the work into a shape created by chance. Therefore, it is impossible to draw the same picture twice. Just as natural valleys and forests are beautiful, I am creating with the idea that it is possible to express the beauty of nature and life by emphasizing chance in art production.

[Q&A]

Q. What kind of activities do you usually do? Please introduce yourself briefly!

A. I create works as a digital artist, hold exhibitions of my works, and sell them as NFTs. I started studying painting at age 35, and exhibited at the Creators EXPO for the first time in April 2021. There were several valuable relationships, and I participated in several projects involving the sale of art works, holding art exhibitions, and digital art sales through NFTs.

Q. Please tell us about your career so far

A. I didn't do any art activities until I was 35, but I entered a manga school at age 35 and began studying. I learned drawing techniques directly from Masae Takakuwa, the author of the book “Human Body Croquis,” which I was impressed by reading around that time. See above for key careers.

Q. What led you to start your art career?

A. I've wanted to be a manga artist since I was a kid, but I couldn't start because I was chased by what was right in front of me. At 35, I finally took a step forward. At first, I started learning how to write comics, but I realized that I don't necessarily have to be particular about comics to express myself, and now I focus on creating art works.

Q. What is the reason for starting online classes in CLASS101?

A. It was a slow start for myself at age 35, but little by little, people began to get to know my work and activities after a few years. I thought about quitting many times along the way, but as I managed to keep going, I noticed a lot of things. For example, I realized that it is very important not only to draw, but also to communicate and get people to know. Also, I learned things in my own way, such as tips for continuing. I wanted to tell you about such a variety of things, and I decided to start the course.

Q. What points did you put the most effort into planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?

I put particular emphasis on getting people to know about my work and activities, and what to do to that end. I think everyone can create a variety of works, but if you can't get people to know about them, you won't be able to buy them, and your motivation for activities won't increase. This class is recommended for those who want to learn how to write digitally and at the same time have trouble getting to know and disseminate their work or activities.

Q. What kind of experience would you like the students to have through this class?

I want them to experience the fun of creating works digitally, presenting them through SNS, media, etc., and gradually making activities known. I was able to gain new awareness through the advice of various people. I would be happy if there was even one thing that the participants would notice.

Q. Please say a few words to the students!

By continuing creative activities and making them known to the world, it is possible to lead to sales of works and expand the range of activities. Continuing activities → discovering individuality → dissemination and dissemination, each has hurdles, and it is not easy. I myself hope that I can help the participants even a little, based on the realizations I have learned through my experiences since starting activities at age 35.
