Hello classmates, I'm Kelly Choi.

With the start of 2025, I would like to greet you with a Season 2 lecture. Jinan Season 1 LecturesIf I shared my philosophy on “business” and talked about the mindset that a businessman must have, from prospective founders who want to start a business in, to all entrepreneurs who run a company, in this Season 2 lecture, I'll tell you what is important and what are the essential virtues that leaders must have in order to leap and expand beyond the initial stage of a business to the next level.

Business is like a long war, a long voyage.

For businessmen and entrepreneurs, what is more important than a single success is to survive for a long time. One success is instantaneous and soon passes. How are you preparing to become a 10-year, 20-year sustainable company, or a hundred-year company? What kind of leader do you want to be?

Everyone may dream of many forms of leadership, but what is important is the ability to lead an organization in one direction. It's about me, my employees, and the company innovating and growing together while maintaining my vision and core values in the direction I want the company.

This lecture generously captures business success strategies over the past 30 years that I have personally experienced, from starting with bare hands to building a global company that has expanded into 13 countries.
