“Warehouse Salon”, a community where your story becomes a referenceis being created and operated. More and more diverse references for women's sustainable work and life Ⓡ Narrative Discovering and connectingI will do it. There was a time when I became a woman with a career in parenting and was discouraged and desperate to say, “My career is over.” The reason I was able to return to work after 5 years of career gap was not an upgraded spec or certification. 'Connecting through people'It was. The starting point was the feeling of regret of an old colleague who understood and sympathized with my situation where I wanted to continue my career but was difficult to work in the existing social structure. With his active support and support, I had the opportunity to take a step back into society, and I was able to meet and connect with people who had similar concerns between work and parenting, and continued with possibilities and opportunities I never thought of.
I created a publishing team at the Ginger Tea Project Books <Reference over role models>I made it. In the process of creating this book, which is a conversation book on the theme of “women and work,” in which six authors and 17 interviewers participated, the biggest beneficiary was me as the planner and editor. Together with 6 authors from university students in their 20s who were worried about their future careers, I answered many questions about work and life for the first time in my forties, and had serious career concerns. Then I decided to start a business by writing an epilogue on a book.
Discovering untested possibilities and introducing unique referrer narrativestooth For a sustainable work and life for women I think it's the most meaningful thing I can do. I'm more interested in stories than specs, and growth dynamics rather than success. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to introduce the sparkling referrer narrative, which was only introduced in the simple paid membership community called Warehouse Salon, to all of my mates in Class 101.
